Training getSTRONGER
(January 2010)
30-31 January 2010 in St. Petersburg was held one of the innovational trainings worked out by International BEST named getSTRONGER. It was aimed at facilitating the preparation of baby LBG for its first course in April 2010. The program of the event included trainings on Communication, FR, BEST case study on organizing a course. Trainings were delivered by two trainers from Tallinn, our good old friends, and our neighbors from Moscow were invited to attend the event.
The getSTRONGER was a great success! And we are waiting for new meetings!

11-14 December 2009 MW for members of our LBG was organized by our mentors, LBG Tallinn. The main theme of the MW was the upcoming Spring course which our LBG was hosting for the first time in their life. Our nurses shared with us their experience and knowledge, gave us tons of useful tips and delivered several trainings – Project management and Problem Solving, and they highly inspired us by their infinite energy and motivation and showed us what true BEST spirit is like!
Motivation weekend “May Wave - Move With Babies”

Where does the name of this MW come from, you may ask? The answer is simple – they were devoted to a new BABY status of LBG St. Petersburg! It means that from that moment on our group officially became a part of BEST!!! This time we invited guests not only from Tallinn but also from Riga, Moscow and Brussels. The meeting was very efficient: Project management and FR trainings were delivered; we discussed the organization of Baltic Engineering completions with representatives of several LBGs from our region. But above all we enjoyed each others’ company and received a fountain of positive emotions!!!
Motivation Weekend, Tallinn: Tallinn Winter Days

In February 2009 our friends from Tallinn invited us to their traditional event “Winter Days” – weekend when 50 people from LBG Tallinn got together outside the city to enjoy the winter – they sky, skate, roll in the snow and play snowballs! But it was not simply a leisure event for us, this trip also enriched us with valuable knowledge which we gained trough trainings!
Motivation Weekend “BESTinning”

This MW had particular significance for observer LBG St. Petersburg – it was the first event ever organized by our group! The MW was organized specially for our mentors from LBG Tallinn in order to get to know, make friends and establish good cooperation with each other! Our friends from Estonia delivered several trainings to us, such as Effective LBG meeting and Project management and shared with us the most valuable thing – BEST SPIRIT!
